General Policy

  • Refund/Replacement Period: All successfully processed and delivered orders on RENMAX.in come with a 7-day free refund/replacement policy.
  • Conditions for Refund/Replacement: Refunds or replacements are offered only if the item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • Return Process:
    • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it must pass an inspection to ensure it is unused and in the same condition as when sent.
    • Replacement Dispatch: A replacement will be shipped after the returned item is inspected and deemed acceptable.
    • Exchange Duration: Please allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed. This timeframe includes processing and shipping periods to ensure the quality and accuracy of replacements.

Return Instructions

  • Original Condition: Please keep the item in its original condition, including the outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and any other accessories.
  • PIN Code Issues: If your PIN Code does not support return services, you may be required to courier or mail the item back to our office address. We regret any inconvenience caused.

Eligibility

  • Replacement Stock: Products are eligible for replacement only if we have the exact same item in stock.
  • Ineligible Returns: Items are not eligible for replacement in cases of buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong model, color, or product.

Special Note

Low-Value Order Charges: Charges related to low-value orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Policy: Prepaid Orders

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 days and are subject to Razorpay’s Terms. This timeframe includes the time needed for processing and banking procedures.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Policy: COD Orders

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and Secured COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing Time: After receiving the returned item, you will need to provide a payment method for the refund. Once verified, the refund may take 5-8 days to process and return to the provided payment method. This allows for verification and processing time to ensure accuracy.

Cancellation and Refund Timeline When Order is Not Shipped

When an order is not shipped by us, RENMAX allows for order cancellation and a full refund on valid and acceptable grounds at no cost. No charges will be applied if the reason is genuine and acceptable by us.

For prepaid orders paid through Razorpay: Refunds will be processed within 1 business day. However, Razorpay and/or the bank may take up to 3-7 business days to complete the refund process. If the refund is not processed within this timeframe, customers should contact customer care. Generally, most refunds are completed within 1 business day, but RENMAX does not guarantee that every refund will be processed in this period.

Refund requests may be rejected if the buyer is found misusing the policy.

Misuse Policy

  • Excessive Returns: Renmax reserves the right to warn, suspend, block, or terminate customer accounts found to be misusing the return/replacement policy through excessive returns, cancellations, or non-acceptance of orders. RENMAX also reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including legal measures, if customers are found providing false or misleading information, such as incorrect mobile numbers, email addresses, or other contact details.

Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
