Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for most orders. For faster shipping, please contact our customer care for rates and availability. Faster shipping is available on business days only. Faster shipping is currently available only for select PIN Codes only.

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location. Most orders are eligible for free standard shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays, public/national/state holidays, or during our holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Deliveries will occur within 2 to 15 days (MAX.) based on your delivery address.

If you do not receive your order within 15 days from the date of purchase, please contact Customer Care immediately. Failure to do so within this timeframe may absolve us of responsibility for your order.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive this email, check your Spam folder and mark it as “Not Spam” to receive future emails directly in your Inbox. This confirmation is crucial for receiving your shipment notification and tracking information.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. However, if the order is not yet out for pickup, we may accommodate address changes for a minimal fee. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Curently we do not allow International shipping on our website. Please contact customer care for more info.

Shipment Delivery Timing

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 15 days (MAX.) depending on your delivery address. If your order does not arrive within 15 days from the date of purchase, please inform Customer Care immediately. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may absolve us of responsibility for the order.
