6. Q: Where do you ship to and what are the charges and delivery timeline?

Ans: RENMAX provides free shipping on all orders above ₹500 all over India. Delivery in Northern India generally takes 2-4 business days while other parts of India take about 5-7 business days.

7 Q: What if I don't receive my order while the statues is delivered?

Ans: If you haven’t received your order even after the status is delivered, you should immediately inform the Customer Care about your order. However, we would like to assure you that your money is totally safe. We request you to kindly check at your security guard or your servant. Sometimes the delivery is given to them.

In this case, we will raise a dispute and the logistics company will investigate and they will get your Products delivered within 7-15 Working days from the day your product was actually shipped.

If this also does not happen or the logistics company is unable to find your order, then we will send you fresh Product again via new and different courier free of cost.

NOTE: The delivery time is 3-15 Working days as per the shipping policy.

8 Q: What are the payment methods available?

Ans: We provide 100% safe and secure payment method powered by Razorpay.
We also provide COD option to provide our customers with a convenient and secure payment method, allowing them to pay for their purchases upon delivery.

9 Q: What if I received damaged or different product?

Ans: If you received a damaged or different product, your order is covered by our 7-day free refund/replacement policy. After all the photo and video proofs are submitted by your end, we will either offer a refund or a replacement after inspecting the returned item. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as sent, including its original packaging and all accompanying accessories. The replacement unit will be shipped after we receive the material in uncompromising condition. For a smooth return pick-up, keep the item with our outer box or case, MRP Tags, user manual, warranty cards, and other original accessories. Please contact our customer support at support@renmax.in or +91 95604 42568 (Mon-Fri 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to initiate the return/replacement process. Please note that shipping + COD charges are non-refundable for COD orders.

10 Q: What happens if I want to return the item purchased using Coupon?

Ans:If you return the item within the return window and want a refund, you’ll get the amount paid by you. If you want a replacement, you’ll get it for free without any additional payment if additional charges are not applicable.

11 Q: What if I received a tempered parcel?

Ans: If you have received a tempered parcel, you are required to click photograph with tracking ID, order ID and original condition of the package clearly visible. You should shoot a video while opening it and showing all the items received and the condition. Customers can raise replacement/return request only if they provide sufficient image and video proof(s).
